The world needs more than just men. The world needs Masons.

Ohio Freemasonry is a thriving brotherhood of over 60,000 men in more than 400 lodges across the state. As one of the oldest and largest fraternal organizations in the world, we are bound by the timeless values of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth. In every corner of the Buckeye State, our members are dedicated to the simple yet profound goal of "making good men better."
For centuries, the Masonic Lodge has served as a launchpad for personal growth. It is a place where men from all walks of life—regardless of their profession, background, or social standing—meet as equals to support one another and strengthen their character.
We believe that a man’s true worth is measured by his service to others. Ohio Freemasons contribute millions of dollars and thousands of volunteer hours annually to causes that matter:
To be a Mason is to be a man of honor and integrity. We strive to live by the cardinal virtues of temperance, fortitude, prudence, and justice, ensuring that our actions in the world reflect the light we find within the Lodge.
"Freemasonry is a journey toward becoming a better father, husband, friend, and citizen—a journey we take together."

The Ohio Order of the Eastern Star (OES) is a vibrant community where tradition meets purpose. As the largest fraternal organization in the world to which both women and men may belong, we are dedicated to charity, truth, and loving-kindness.
In the Buckeye State, our chapters serve as a "home away from home," fostering deep-rooted friendships while making a tangible impact on our local communities. While our ceremonies are inspired by the timeless values found in the Holy Scriptures, we welcome members from all religious backgrounds who share a belief in a Supreme Being and a desire to better themselves and the world around them.
"Dedicated to the betterment of ourselves and our communities through the five principles of the Star."
